If you are motivated by innovation, automation, and delivering measurable business impact in a collaborative and international environment, we would love to hear from you. /p h3What you do /h3 ul liCollaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into clear solution requirements and success criteria. /li liDesign end-to-end AI-enabled solutions, defining domain models, API contracts, data schemas, decision rules, and policies that serve as the foundation for development and automation. /li liDrive the adoption of Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices, using specifications as a single source of truth to enable AI-assisted generation, validation, testing, and documentation of software solutions. /li liDevelop and integrate AI-powered tools, agents, and orchestrators that improve efficiency, quality, and speed throughout the software delivery lifecycle. /li liDesign and implement robust integrations with internal APIs, databases, search platforms, and enterprise services while ensuring secure access control and governance standards. /li liDeliver scalable backend services, APIs, data layers, and frontend capabilities that support BMP Retail products and business processes. /li liContinuously improve AI agents, prompts, specifications, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails to enhance solution quality, reliability, and business value. /li liParticipate in architecture discussions, specification reviews, code reviews, testing activities, demonstrations, and troubleshooting of complex technical issues.

/li liContribute to effort estimation, feasibility assessments, and technical decision-making within agile development teams. /li liPromote engineering excellence through best practices, documentation, automation, and knowledge sharing. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, combined with b5+ years of professional experience /b in software engineering. /li liStrong programming expertise in modern languages such as bPython, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript /b, with solid software engineering fundamentals and experience working with AI-assisted development tools and coding agents. /li liHands‑on experience with bAI technologies /b, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation methodologies. /li liPractical knowledge of bSpec-Driven Development (SDD), Contract-First Design /b, or related approaches, using technologies such as OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, JSON Schema, Protocol Buffers, or policy-as-code frameworks. /li liExperience designing and delivering cloud-native solutions in bAzure, AWS, or OCI /b, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices. /li liStrong knowledge of bsoftware architecture and integration patterns /b, including API-First Design, Event-Driven Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, microservices, and messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka. /li liExperience working with relational and NoSQL databases, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in agile environments and proficiency in English (B2 level or higher). /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience applying Spec-Driven Development to AI-powered systems and agentic architectures. /li liInsurance industry knowledge and familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, DORA, or the EU AI Act.
