Our platforms support booking, ticketing, pricing, customer management, port operations, check-in and payments, connecting the processes that keep transport services running. /p pWe are looking for a bFunctional Product Analyst /b to join our bCustomer Service Unit /b, working with international customers on software implementation projects and continuous improvement. /p h3Your Role /h3 pYou will combine deep product knowledge with business analysis and hands‑on configuration to help customers make effective use of E-Dea’s software. /p pWorking directly with business users and operational teams, you will understand the need behind each request and identify the most appropriate solution: standard functionality, configuration, a product enhancement or a practical adjustment to the customer’s process. /p pYou will follow functional activities from discovery and solution definition through configuration, testing, training and customer acceptance, collaborating closely with Product Management, Software Development, QA and Customer Delivery teams. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul libUnderstand customer operations: /b lead workshops to analyse business processes, gather requirements and clarify objectives, constraints and priorities. /li libDefine functional solutions: /b assess requirements against product capabilities, identify gaps and recommend sustainable solutions that minimize unnecessary customization. /li libDocument requirements clearly: /b produce functional specifications, process flows, business rules, user stories and acceptance criteria. /li libConfigure the product:
/b translate approved requirements into application settings, business rules and workflows, documenting and validating configuration decisions. /li libConnect customers and engineering teams: /b explain business needs to developers, clarify requirements during delivery and work with QA to verify the resulting functionality. /li libSupport implementation and go-live: /b assist with functional testing, customer UAT, operational readiness and post-go-live stabilization. /li libDemonstrate and teach: /b deliver product demonstrations, support pre-sales discussions and provide train‑the‑trainer sessions and knowledge transfer to customer key users. /li libDrive continuous improvement: /b contribute functional expertise to the investigation of customer issues, distinguish configuration and process issues from software defects, and recommend workarounds or longer‑term improvements. /li /ul h3What you will bring /h3 ul liExperience as a bFunctional Analyst, Business Analyst or Functional Consultant /b working with complex enterprise software, either within a software company or through consulting and implementation projects. /li liThe bability to develop an in-depth understanding of a configurable software product /b and apply it to different customer environments. /li liExperience gathering and documenting requirements and translating them into practical functional solutions. /li libHands‑on experience with application configuration /b or functional implementation.
