ph3Testing Technician /h3 pSalary: €30,240.59 - 38,500 yearly /p pAzienda: Bridgestone Corporation /p pTipo Lavoro: Tempo pieno Italy /p h3Descrizione Lavoro - Testing Technician /h3 h3Job Title /h3 pIndoor Testing Technician /p h3About the Role /h3 h3Job Purpose /h3 pYour tasks will range from test/bench/equipment preparation, to test execution according to procedures, and finally data analysis/report preparation. /p pThe job is organized in 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, night). /p pThe aim is to provide the requestor the needed experimental results, according to the selected methods, assuring results reliability through Quality mindset. /p pYou will also develop and share on field view of testing issues and proactively propose improvement points about both Quality and Safety. /p pYou will support the shift leader and the Team in quality monitoring, test methods upgrade and machines first level troubleshooting, then cooperating in CFT with all the other Testing functions for Testing Projects Implementation. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 pbIndoor Test implementation /b /p ul liEnsure Test execution according to schedule, Safety rules and Quality standard /li liTire assembly preparation, machine set up according to test purpose /li liData analysis and reporting using IT dedicated tools /li liReport and share problems or issues /li /ul pbSafety Improvements /b /p ul liContribute to Testing growth by taking charge of the assigned activities aimed to improve Safety,



following supervisor indications /li /ul pbQuality Improvements /b /p ul liContribute to Testing growth by taking charge of the assigned activities aimed to improve Quality following supervisor indications /li /ul pbOperational Excellence Improvements and 3S /b /p ul liContribute to Testing growth by taking charge of the assigned activities for Operational Excellence following supervisor indications /li liEnsure handling of Company tools in respect with Safety, Cleanses and Order /li /ul pbQualifications Experience Required /b /p pbEducation, Master, other certification: /b /p h3· High school technical diploma or equivalent /h3 h3bExperience (Years): /b /h3 pPrevious experience in Testing/Experimental context is very welcome /p h3bTechnical skill /b /h3 ul liUnderstanding of elementary Physics (concept of Force, Moments, Mass, Velocity, Accelerations, Pressure, Temperature, Heat, etc) /li liBasic knowledge of measurements (accuracy, repeatability, reproducibility, equipment, transducers, statistics, etc.) is a plus /li liBasic MS Excel skills /li /ul h3bLanguage skill /b /h3 ul liEnglish basic knowledge is a plus /li /ul h3bSoft/Behavioral skills: /b /h3 ul liAttitude for manual operations (mounting, fitting, bolting, etc.) /li liPassion for automotive and Testing /li liMethodic attitude /li liAttitude to work in shift /li liGood communication skills /li liGood interpersonal skills and flexibility /li liExcellent Safety mind and Quality driven attitude /li liStrong attention to details and technical aspects /li liProactive attitude /li liProblem solving skills /li liWilling to learn /li /ul pSalary range: € - 38500 /p pThe salary range is based on gender-neutral criteria: applicable CCNL requirements, responsibilities, working conditions and market benchmarks for the role and location.
