/p ul liVan racking and unracking /li liTrailer inspections and basic maintenance /li liHitch adjustments and vehicle configurations /li liSupport the onboarding of new vans: /li liPicking up vehicles /li liCoordinating decals application with external vendors /li liInstalling racks and preparing vans for operational use /li liEnsure vehicles are physically ready and properly configured for Unit Loads and field operations /li /ul pUnit Load Support /p ul liAssist with preparation and execution of Unit Loads /li liSupport equipment staging, packing, and warehouse setup /li liAssist Field Staff during load days and ensure smooth execution /li liEnsure all materials are accessible, organized, and ready for transport /li liFacility Maintenance Improvements /li liPerform small repairs and maintenance tasks using basic tools /li liIdentify and address facility issues proactively /li liSupport implementation of facility improvements and upgrades /liliWork with external contractors when needed for small projects /li /ul pSeasonal Operations (EOSM Peak Periods)br/Support End-of-Season Maintenance (EOSM), including: /p ul liEquipment handling and organization /li liFacility reset and preparation for the next season /li liAssist with seasonal transitions and operational readiness /li /ul pCollaboration Team Support /p ul liWork closely with Operations Coordinators and OpX team to support daily operations /li liContribute to a positive and efficient team environment /li liProvide flexible support across operational priorities as needed /li /ul pQualifications /p ul liOperations Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse, logistics, facility operations,
