The selected candidate will be involved in the manufacture of high-performance racing suits worn by professional riders in motorsport disciplines.
This is a highly specialized and detail-oriented role, requiring precision, craftsmanship, and a strong focus on product quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Stitching and assembling technical leather racing suits for professional riders;
Performing hand stitching and machine sewing using flat-bed and post (column) sewing machines;
Executing high-precision tailoring processes on leather and technical materials;
Ensuring the finished product meets Alpinestars' quality, performance, and safety requirements;
Working closely with the production team to maintain consistency and attention to detail in every glove.
Requirements
Previous experience in the production of leather, preferably in high-quality or technical products;
Excellent proficiency in using flat-bed and post sewing machines;
Experience with overlock and double-needle machines is considered a plus;
Strong attention to detail and precision;
Willingness to work overtime when requiredLocation: Asolo (TV), Italy
