Apprentice Offset Printing Operator – Full Training Provided

Grafica Nappa S.r.l., a company specializing in packaging production and paper converting, is looking for a new team member to join its printing department through a structured professional training program.
The role
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced operators and gradually acquire the skills required to operate Heidelberg Speedmaster printing presses.
During the training program, you will learn how to:
- prepare the press and materials for production;
- assist with press setup and printing adjustments;
- check product quality throughout the production process;
- carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance;
- follow company health, safety and quality procedures.
Candidate profile
No previous experience in the industry is required. We are looking for someone who is interested in learning a technical trade and working in a well-organized manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- high school diploma, preferably in a technical or vocational field;
- accuracy, reliability and attention to detail;
- interest in industrial machinery and production processes;
- willingness to work shifts, including nights;
- ability to work effectively with colleagues and department supervisors.
Employment and training
Depending on the candidate’s experience and eligibility, the position may initially be offered as a traineeship or a professional apprenticeship.
The successful candidate will receive practical, on-the-job training from qualified employees, with the aim of becoming increasingly independent in the role and potentially building a long-term career within the company.
Working hours
The role involves a rotating shift schedule:
- morning shift;
- afternoon shift;
- night shift.
Additional pay will be provided for night work, and any overtime will be paid in accordance with the applicable employment agreement.
