Join our Italian office as a Technical Account Manager You will be the key point of contact between our merchants and internal teams to ensure smooth integrations and high-quality solutions.
Manage the integration project for new clients in your portfolio from onboarding onward;
Oversee client delivery in collaboration with the functional tester;
Manage internal communication with various teams.
Acting as the technical reference for the Italian payments ecosystem (This includes supporting merchants during testing and troubleshooting of local payment methods, as well as coordinating technical investigations with local issuers, acquirers and payment partners whenever needed)

This job is a perfect match if…
~ You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role or a strong technical background.
~ Tech enthusiast: curious and always on the lookout for new technologies.
~ Multilingual: fluent English is a must.
~ Project orchestrator: experience in project management is appreciated.
~ HTML, JavaScript, PHP… you know your way around code.
~➕ Premio: knowledge of CMS (Magento, Prestashop…) is a real asset.
