Your Mission
We are looking for a motivated Product Management Intern to join our R&D; team based in Castelletto Stura.
Reporting directly to the Product Manager, the intern will support the development and execution of product initiatives across an international and cross-functional environment, working closely with R&D;, Marketing, Production and local markets.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the entire product lifecycle, from consumer insights and innovation projects to product launches and portfolio management, progressively taking ownership of dedicated projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and execution of product development and portfolio management activities across different markets and business functions.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of product launches, product updates and lifecycle management initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, track action plans and support project governance activities.
- Collect, organize and analyse data from internal and external sources to identify market trends, consumer insights and business opportunities.
- Support market research, competitive benchmarking and consumer analysis projects.
- Assist in monitoring product performance and preparing reports, dashboards and presentations to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product-related information.
- Support the preparation of internal communication materials, presentations, innovation updates and project reports.
- Contribute to product testing activities, sample management and coordination with international stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working, taking ownership of dedicated projects under guidance.
- Collaborate with teams including R&D;, Marketing, Production and Commercial functions in a dynamic international environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Food Science or a related field.
- Strong interest in Product Management, Innovation and the FMCG sector.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders in an international environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are considered a plus.
