We are currently looking for a motivated Operations Intern to join our Operations team!
Your Role
As a Warehouse Intern, you will support the daily management of our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
Managing administrative and documentation activities related to warehouse operations.
Monitoring and analyzing key operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborating with various teams within operations and supply chain to ensure seamless workflows.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse environment.
What You'll Need To be successful in this role, you bring:
Educational Background: High School Diploma/ A Bachelor's
Experience: Previous experience in operations is not mandatory, but six months of prior experience is considered a plus.
Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with data and use insights to support better decision-making.
Team Spirit: You thrive in collaborative environments, bringing a proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills.
Language Skills: English proficiency at B1 level, allowing you to work effectively in our international setting.
Proactive Attitude: You're eager to learn, improve processes, and take initiative.
