Support the execution of the Italian marketing plan by assisting with the coordination of marketing activities across ATL and BTL communication, events, digital content and sales support materials.

The role is designed for a motivated marketing professional with a strong willingness to learn, who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is eager to develop project management and communication skills while contributing to the daily activities of the Marketing Department.
This is a maternity leave contract which will last between 12-18 months.
Main Responsibilities
Marketing Communications
- Support the development of brochures, catalogues, flyers and promotional materials.
- Assist in the preparation of commercial presentations and marketing assets.
- Help maintain brand consistency across communication materials.
ATL & BTL Campaigns
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital channels.
- Assist with campaign planning and coordination alongside agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Help coordinate local adaptations, translations and artwork approvals.
Events
- Support the organisation of exhibitions, trade fairs, product launches and internal events.
- Coordinate event materials and logistics.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Agency & Supplier Coordination
- Support the day-to-day coordination of creative agencies, printers and production suppliers.
- Follow up on project timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in collecting quotations and monitoring project progress.
Digital Content
- Assist with website updates.
- Support newsletter preparation and CRM communications.
- Help plan and publish social media content.
Content Production
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and marketing documents.
- Support photo and video shoots.
- Perform basic image editing and content adaptations.
- Help organise marketing assets for different communication channels.
Marketing Operations
- Support purchase requests and supplier invoices.
- Help maintain marketing documentation and digital asset libraries.
- Assist with reporting and budget tracking.
AI & Digital Tools
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly or equivalent) to support content creation and improve productivity.
- Explore new digital tools that can simplify marketing activities.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- At least 1 years of experience in Marketing, Communication, Events or a similar role.
- Previous experience within an international company or in a multicultural environment is considered an advantage.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing activities (ATL, BTL and Digital) is appreciated but not essential.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Interest in digital marketing, social media and content towards AI tools and emerging marketing technologies.
