Overview In this role you will shape profitable growth for Dow's Industrial & Chemical Processing markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will translate customer and market insights into differentiated value propositions, guide portfolio priorities, and lead commercialization with cross-functional partners. You'll work closely with Sales, TS&D;, R&D;, and Product Management to turn technical differentiators into customer value.

Responsabilità
- Lead cross-functional market management to define and execute growth strategies across EMEA I&CP; markets
- Develop market strategies, roadmaps, and commercial priorities based on customer needs and market trends
- Conduct market, customer and value-chain analyses to identify growth opportunities and unmet needs
- Translate market insights into differentiated value propositions, portfolio priorities, and segmentation
- Collaborate with Sales, TS&D;, R&D;, and Product Management to prioritize and commercialize new products and opportunities
- Build strategic relationships with customers, formulators, distributors, channel partners,
and industry stakeholders to uncover opportunities
- Monitor market performance, sustainability and regulatory developments, competitive activity, and innovation adoption to drive growth
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, engineering, business, marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in strategic marketing, market development, product management, business development, or related B2B role
- Experience in specialty chemicals, performance materials, formulation ingredients, industrial processing, or other technically differentiated B2B industry
- Knowledge of at least one relevant market segment (e.g., textiles, leather, pulp and paper, coatings, or specialty chemical processing)
- Demonstrated ability to translate market and customer insights into growth strategies and commercial actions
- Strong commercial acumen in market segmentation, competitive positioning, pricing, profitability, and customer value creation
- Experience driving innovation commercialization and portfolio growth through customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
