Overview In this role you drive growth for Galderma by managing strategic partnerships with key pharmaceutical retailers and wholesalers in Italy. You will lead joint business plans, oversee sell-in/sell-out strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure aligned execution. You'll provide accurate forecasts and monitor market performance while negotiating favorable, compliant terms.
This position combines strategic thinking with relationship management to deliver measurable business expansion.
Responsabilità
- Develop and roll out joint business plans with key accounts focused on sell-in and sell-out strategies
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure optimal, compliant terms with key stakeholders
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and monitor revenue and market share performance
- Collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure seamless strategy execution
- Implement and manage Key Account & Client Management plans and processes to strengthen relationships
- Coordinate client engagement activities, proposals, and quotations
- Support the development and administration of Key Account management programs and policies
- Guidance and coaching for a Junior resource to support day-to-day activities
Requisiti fondamentali
- >5 years of experience in Key Account Management or equivalent
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with data-driven approach
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills across cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven negotiation and influencing abilities to secure win-win agreements
- Results-oriented mindset with track record of business growth
- Master's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
