Italy is currently looking to grow its Corporate M&A; group with the appointment of a Junior Associate based in our Milan office. Our Corporate M&A; Team consists of specialized lawyers in the sector, recognized among the best for their areas of expertise. Collaborating in the Corporate M&A; department means being part of a rapidly growing group, as well as receiving specific training and being involved in the most innovative legal issues.

Requirements - Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
- Current license to practice law in Italy.
- Between 1 and 2 years PQE in the Corporate M&A; field, gained in a comparable law firm.
- High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.
- Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
- Global mindset and enthusiasm.
