We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to end users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 IT support to end users.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, network, and connectivity issues .
Perform hardware replacement, cabling, and basic device configuration.
Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.
Create, update, and resolve incidents through the IT service desk/ticketing system.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
Maintain IT asset and support documentation.
Provide onsite and remote technical support as required.
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Technical Support .
Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, software, and basic networking .
Experience troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, laptops, desktops, and peripherals .
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity .
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and provide onsite technical support. xkiyazw
Preferred: Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting.
