Overview In this role you will support the Investment & Asset Management Compliance team in monitoring regulatory developments and providing advisory services across asset management and banking activities within the Generali Group. You will analyze external regulations, assess their impact on processes and control frameworks, and prepare compliance opinions on initiatives and projects. You will help update Group policies and contribute to the Group Compliance Control Framework, governance reports, and training.

You will collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders to promote compliance excellence and risk-aware decision making.

Responsabilità
- Support analysis and monitoring of external regulations relevant to investment insurance, asset management and banking activities
- Assess regulatory changes and their impact on business processes, internal regulations and control frameworks
- Prepare compliance opinions and advisory analyses on investment-related initiatives,



transactions and projects
- Review and update Group policies, guidelines and procedures
- Develop and oversee the Group Compliance Control Framework
- Prepare reports, presentations and materials for governance bodies, committees and senior management
- Contribute to compliance training initiatives and knowledge sharing within the Group

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of European and Italian regulatory framework governing investment services, banking, and asset management including UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II, EMIR, SFDR
- 5-7 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Internal Controls, or Regulatory Affairs within financial services or related entities
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong learning agility
