In this role you will partner with international leadership to align people strategies with business goals, acting as a trusted HR advisor and hands-on implementer across global HR processes. You will collaborate with the global HQ HR CoE and manage the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, matrix environment. You will drive talent development, change management, and data-driven HR practices to support business performance.

serving as an ER advisor Collaborate with local HR leadership and HQ HR to deliver high-value people plans Provide coaching and sound HR advice to managers Ensure HR data accuracy and use metrics to drive results Act as Technogym brand ambassador and trusted HR partner to local leadership Define recruiting needs and support Talent Acquisition processes Ensure policy adherence and HR-related matters are well-executed 8+ years of HR experience as HRBP and/or HR Manager Experience in a matrix and multinational environment Experience in Direct Sales, xrdztoy Luxury brands, or Sports sector Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision Experience with HR ERP systems; SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus Strong facilitation and negotiation skills Business acumen with ability to understand a P&L; and data-driven approach to sales Project management and execution skills SAP HR data analytics
