Monitor and manage personnel costs and global organizational design Maintain policies and procedures,
serving as an ER advisor Collaborate with local HR leadership and HQ HR to deliver high-value people plans Provide coaching and sound HR advice to managers Ensure HR data accuracy and use metrics to drive results Act as Technogym brand ambassador and trusted HR partner to local leadership Define recruiting needs and support Talent Acquisition processes Onboard and develop Next Gen talent Implement talent development, coaching, and succession planning Conduct market benchmarking on salaries and conditions Ensure policy adherence and HR-related matters are well-executed 8+ years of HR experience as HRBP and/or HR Manager Experience in a matrix and multinational environment Experience in Direct Sales, Luxury brands, or Sports sector Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision Experience with HR ERP systems; SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus Strong facilitation and negotiation skills Business acumen with ability to understand a P&L; and data-driven approach to sales Project management and execution skills Discretion, transparency, and analytical thinking facilitation SAP SuccessFactors HR data analytics
