Responsabilità
- Lead the country sales strategy and annual plan in line with regional/global objectives
- Deliver revenue, gross profit, volume, new business, and retention targets with a focus on profitable growth
- Identify market opportunities, customer segments and strategic prospects to sharpen DHL's market position
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with qualification, coverage, and forecasting accuracy
- Lead new-business acquisition while driving retention and cross-selling across existing customers
- Engage in major strategic opportunities and lead customer negotiations with cross-functional support
- Ensure customer solutions reflect requirements, market developments and product/service capabilities
- Drive pricing discipline and profitability in collaboration with Product, Pricing and Finance
- Review performance against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed
- Develop strategies for key accounts and ensure senior-level engagement and relationship management
- Promote cross-selling across Air/Ocean/Customs/Industrial Projects and other products
- Ensure effective use of CRM, sales processes, and data quality
- Monitor competitor activity and translate insights into sales actions
- Coach and develop the sales team, with regular performance reviews and succession planning
- Recruit and retain high-performing sales talent in line with DHL policies
- Ensure compliance with policies, governance and approvals in commercial activities
- Collaborate with Country Management and regional sales to align priorities and share intelligence
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's Degree
- More than 10 years of experience in sales leadership or related roles
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Pricing, Finance and Operations
- Strong track record in major strategic opportunities and negotiations
