LHH For a leading multinational manufacturing company with an international, multi-plant organization, we are recruiting a Financial Controller to join the Headquarters in Bolzano.
Responsibilities The Candidate will join the Finance Team, taking on a key role within the Financial Controlling function and supporting the team in the following activities:
- Monitoring business profitability by market and product;
- Supporting month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities, with a particular focus on the analysis of commercial and financial performance;
- Preparing and analysing project financials, ensuring consistency with budget and profitability targets;
- Monitoring KPIs related to project execution, identifying deviations and assessing their financial impact;
- Supporting the preparation of Business Plans for new tenders, from data collection and financial analysis to the preparation of reporting packages for Senior Management;
- Providing accurate financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
Your Profile
- Master University Degree in Economics, Finance, etc
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications with excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced level of English (B2)
- Previous experience in Financial Controlling, Auditing/Consulting, or cross-functional Finance roles with exposure to both accounting and controlling activities.
