We are engaging Final Cut Pro Video Editors to contribute to a customer’s project focused on video data annotation for AI training. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
1. Annotate and tag video content using Final Cut Pro to provide detailed, accurate metadata for AI training datasets.
2. Leverage professional video editing skills to segment footage, mark keyframes, and highlight relevant scenes per project guidelines.
3. Apply macOS editing workflows to efficiently organize and process media assets for annotation assignments.
4. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in video annotations and post-production deliverables.
5.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with project coordinators through written updates and verbal discussions as needed.
6. Participate in periodic reviews, incorporating feedback to improve annotation standards and workflow efficiency.
7. Submit completed annotations and post-production assets according to specified documentation and delivery requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Hands-on experience with Final Cut Pro in a professional or academic context.
2. Proficiency in applying video post-production techniques, including cutting, sequencing, and color correction.
3. Familiarity with macOS-based editing tools and workflows.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
5. Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to document processes and collaborate remotely.
6. Entry-level to mid-level background in video editing — ideal for those seeking to expand their portfolio in innovative data-driven projects.
7. Interest or exposure to video data annotation, media organization, or related fields is a plus, though not required.
