The role, Field Service Engineer, TrivenetoInstall diagnostics instruments at customer sitesTroubleshoot and repair on site. Plan and deliver preventive maintenance visits on a scheduled cycle across your accounts. Train lab staff on daily use, maintenance routines and basic troubleshooting so they get the best out of the instrument.
Work closely with Sales and Application Specialists, youre part of the account team, not a lone visitor. Build real relationships with clients. This is NOT the "fix it and leave" kind of role. Youre the face of the company on site. xdwybme TerritoryTriveneto, main focus on Padova, Vicenza, Verona.
