Alphabet Racing Italia is seeking a skilled Performance Engineer to join our FIA Formula 2 team. The role covers inboard and outboard systems, reliability and performance across race events, with close collaboration to the Race Engineer, Lead Engineer, Team Manager and Racing Director.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical and data logging systems, CAD/3D printing, and racing data tools, plus a strong background in vehicle dynamics, tires, and aerodynamics.
