Plose Sistem Service Spa, part of the 360PAYS Group, is a company operating in the international mobility and transportation services industry. The company offers integrated solutions for the road transport, including toll and parking management, tunnels, ferry and train bookings, VAT and excise tax refunds, and fuel cards.
The Group has operational offices in several countries and approximately 700 employees, with a European network focused on service and quality.
For our operational office in Bressanone, we are looking for a Customer Excellence – Front Office to join our Customer Excellence - Front Office Team.
The candidate will work in a multicultural and international environment, supporting customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
The role reports directly to the Customer Excellence Manager and the main responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer requests via e-mail and phone within agreed timelines
- Supporting customers in the activation and management of services and contracts
- Ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers and providers
- Cooperating closely with Back Office, Sales Team and other internal departments
- Monitoring requests, complaints and escalations until resolution
- Updating customer information and documentation in internal systems
- Managing front office administrative and operational activities
- Ensuring a proactive, professional and customer-oriented approach in all interactions
Profile
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Front Office or similar roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken
- German language skills will be considered a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail
- Structured and organized approach
