Overview As a Business Development Manager for Flexographic Solutions, you drive growth of the flexo tape portfolio in Italy, building key relationships with end users and strategic partners. You convert strategy into territory plans and collaborate across marketing, pricing, and supply chain to accelerate expansion. You will work with global OEMs and key accounts to meet sales targets and deliver market insights for portfolio leadership.

Retribuzione / Benefits remuneration package (gross ~90,000–95,000 EUR) variable remuneration up to 20% benefits and allowances as per CCNL and company policies remote-friendly location in Italy career development opportunities Responsabilità Drive growth of the flexographic printing tape portfolio through direct sales in Italy Build and maintain relationships with end users, converters, printers, prepress houses, channel partners,
and other stakeholders in Italy Lead strategic growth programs with global OEMs and key accounts Translate BU strategy into territory and account plans and articulate the flexo tapes value proposition Collaborate with channel, marketing, technical service, pricing, and supply chain to accelerate growth Meet or exceed sales targets in Italy and support growth across assigned EMEA accounts Provide market, customer, and competitive insights to leadership Maintain an effective opportunity pipeline and conduct regular business reviews for priority customers and opportunities Requisiti fondamentali Significant experience in B2B industrial sales Experience managing global/regional customers, distributors, OEMs, or key accounts Fluent Italian and strong business English (written and verbal) Current valid driver's license Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Printing Technology, Materials/Polymer Science, or related field Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork Customer-first, outcomes-oriented mindset Organizational and deadline adherence Experience in Flexographic Printing or Printing Industry Articulating value propositions and system-selling Experience developing and managing key accounts and OEM relationships
