The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic B2B Customer Specialist to support our business development and customer relationships across Direct Countries.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, building strong relationship with dealers and customers and supporting sales operations from order management through to after-sales service.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer and dealer requests via email and phone
- Act as the main point of contact for operational and service-related topics
- Process and follow up on orders, warranty claims, returns and other customer inquiries
- Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Ensure customer and sales information is accurately maintained in the ERP system

- Monitor customer accounts,
collect feedback and track relevant KPIs
- Collaborate with Sales teams to support dealer performance and satisfaction
- Support trade shows, dealer meetings, and other customer-facing events
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and effective support to customers
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support or operations
- Fluent in English and French
- Italian is preferred
- German, Dutch or another European language is considered a plus
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of sales processes, order management and logistics flows
- Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for cycling and sports is a plus
