Pay: $90–$175/hr

Role Title: Altium Designer Specialist

Location: Remote

We are engaging Altium Designer Specialists to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows within Altium Designer. In this role, you’ll use your hands-on PCB design experience to complete realistic workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.

Scope of Work

1. Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Altium Designer using your practical PCB design experience.
2. Navigate Altium Designer features related to schematic design, PCB layout, component placement, routing, and design validation.
3. Create, edit, review, and validate PCB designs and schematics based on provided workflow instructions.
4. Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
5.



Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
6. Document workflow steps and clearly explain the Altium Designer tools, features, and design decisions used.
7. Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
8. Follow project instructions and quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Strong hands-on experience using Altium Designer in professional or project-based environments.
2. Prior Human Data experience, such as data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar work.
3. Current access to Altium Designer and ability to use the application independently.
4. Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing Altium Designer workflows.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain technical workflows.
