Il tuo nuovo ruoloReporting directly to the Finance Director, the candidate will focus on financial reporting, financial control, governance and compliance activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial information while supporting management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & ClosingCoordinate local accounting activities and priorities.
Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare management reporting packages and supporting analyses.
Support Group reporting requirements and deadlines.
Review balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement accuracy.
Support monthly financial reviews with management.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with the FP&A; Business Partner.
Financial Control & GovernanceMaintain and strengthen the internal control environment. Coordinate statutory audit activities and relationships with external auditors.
Ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures.
Support local statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.
Improve reporting quality and efficiency.
Contribute to finance transformation projects.
Promote best practices in reporting, controls and compliance.
Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successoDegree in Finance, Economics, Accounting,
Business Administration or a related field.4-6 years of professional experience within a Big Four/audit firm or Accounting/Tax Advisory practice or in-house Accounting/Finance function within an international environment.
Technical and Personal Skills: Financial reporting, financial statement analysis, accounting and closing processes, Internal controls and governance, advanced Excel skills, structured and organized approach, collaborative mindset, strong willingness to learn and grow, fluent EnglishPreferred Skills: ERP systems experience, exposure to international reporting environments, Power BI familiarityCosa avrai in cambioOur client offers visibility and a growth path within a growing international group.
The remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
