Temu is expanding its commercial team in Italy, and we're looking for an Account Manager to support and grow our local merchant partners.
The role focuses on
Managing merchant relationships and day-to-day account needs
Supporting merchant onboarding and operational problem-solving
Working cross-functionally to improve account performance and growth
Helping merchants navigate the platform and identify business opportunities
What we're looking for
Based in Italy
Mandarin Chinese at working proficiency
Strong Italian and English communication skills
Experience in account xjncmbx management, client management, customer success, partnerships, or similar commercial roles
E-commerce / marketplace experience is a plus, but not mandatory The role is full-time and remote within Italy .
