ph3Your Contribution To Prysmian's Success /h3pWe are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Palermo, supporting project execution for clients with a specific focus on the Middle East region. /ph3Reporting Directly To The Assigned Line Manager, You Will /h3ulliAct as the main point of contact for all project-related activities, representing the company towards the client. /liliPrepare and manage project plans, schedules and key documentation, including RAMS, ITP, FAT/SAT procedures and close-out reports. /liliCoordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, commissioning and service activities. /liliMonitor project performance in terms of timing, cost, scope, quality and contractual requirements, proactively managing risks and changes. /liliMaintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction. /liliSupport reporting, financial forecasting, project close-out activities and after-sales coordination when needed. /li /ulh3Key Challenges For This Role /h3ullimanaging complex projects across different functions. /liliensuring contractual, technical and procedural alignment, and supporting clients in a culturally diverse international environment. /li /ulh3How Success Is Defined /h3ulliprojects delivered on time, within budget and scope, with high quality standards, accurate documentation, strong client satisfaction and effective risk/change management. /li /ulh3Most Exciting Aspects /h3ullihigh client exposure, international project scope with Middle East focus, and the opportunity to coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, operational and commercial areas. /li /ulh3You Are The Right Fit If You Have/are /h3ulliFluent in English and Italian; French knowledge is considered a plus. /liliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
