/ppbr/ppbABOUT THE ROLE – Project Service Manager /b /ppWe are looking for a bProject Service Manager /b with proven experience in managing project support and project control functions within complex bOilGas projects /b.
/ppReporting to the Project General Manager, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating project services including cost control, planning and scheduling, document control, procurement support, logistics and project administration.
The role will act as a key interface between the technical project team, corporate functions, contractors and the Client, ensuring effective project execution in terms of cost, schedule, compliance and operational requirements.

/liliManage and coordinate project services teams covering cost control, planning, document control, logistics and procurement support.
/liliDevelop and maintain the Project Services Execution Plan in line with project and Client requirements.
/liliOversee project cost control, budget monitoring, forecasting and variance analysis.
/liliSupervise project planning and scheduling activities, ensuring integration of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning schedules.
/liliCoordinate subcontractor schedules and monitor overall project progress against the approved baseline.
/liliSupport procurement and contract management activities, monitoring material,
equipment and service deliveries.
/liliCoordinate the mobilization and demobilization of personnel, materials and equipment for onshore and offshore activities.
/liliOversee marine logistics, transportation and offshore service planning, including vessel scheduling and SIMOPS requirements.
/liliEnsure effective document control and compliance with contractual document submission requirements.
/liliMonitor project cost and schedule performance and identify risks, deviations and corrective actions.
/liliPrepare and coordinate weekly and monthly project service reports for management and the Client.
/liliEnsure project service activities comply with project procedures, contractual requirements, HSE standards and applicable regulations.
/liliAct as a key interface between the Project General Manager, project disciplines, contractors, vendors and corporate support functions.
/li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliBachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
/liliAt least b15 years of professional experience in Project Services, Project Controls or similar roles /b after obtaining the university degree.
/liliProven experience in OilGas, EPC/EPCIC or complex industrial projects.
/liliStrong knowledge of project controls, including cost control, planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
/liliExperience coordinating multidisciplinary project support teams.
/liliSolid understanding of procurement, contracts, logistics and document control processes.
/liliExperience with offshore project execution, marine logistics and SIMOPS requirements is highly desirable.
/liliStrong leadership, organizational and coordination skills.
/liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
/liliStrong communication and Client interface skills.
/liliAbility to work effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced project environments.
/liliExcellent spoken and written English, including proven ability to prepare and present technical and management reports.
/li /ulpbr/ppThe salary for this role ranges from b€****** to €****** /b /ppThe position is governed by the bNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce and Tertiary Sector /b applied by our company.
/ppThe final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria.
/ppIn exceptional cases, where a candidate's profile significantly exceeds the requirements associated with the stated salary range, a review of the compensation may be considered, subject to internal approval.
