You will assist in desserts, breakfast items, petits fours and leavened products, working closely with the Pastry Chef to uphold the kitchen's high standards.
Experience is welcome, but attitude and a genuine passion for pastry matter most.
The role offers accommodation in staff housing and 3 consecutive days off per week, within a sustainable, balanced hospitality culture.
