Massive Bio seeks a Key Account Manager to expand its physician network across Italy and support clinical trial referrals. You will engage oncologists, urologists, and related specialists, traveling to physician offices and maintaining CRM records to drive enrollment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in oncology/pharma-related roles, a strong Italian physician network, and fluency in English and Italian. This is a field-based role requiring travel across Italy.
