/ppAs Area Manager, you will oversee and develop commercial relationships, pushing Hyundai Capital Bank Italy financing and insurance products to our partner network across North Italy!
/pulliManage and strengthen relationships with dealers and financial partners across Italy.
/liliEnsure sharing and implementation of new strategies / products / initiatives towards all the Dealers network, both in terms of Wholesale and Retail.
/liliBecome a Dealers Business Partner, sharing KPIs and proposing dedicated Action Plans in order to improve Sales Financing performance.
/liliMonitor Sales Performance Metrics and identify opportunities for Business Development.
/liliCollaborate with central functions to enhance processes, tools, and services.
/liliPrepare reports and presentations for Management to support strategic decisions.
/liliProvide ongoing support to the Sales team through pricing tools, dashboards, and tailored report to facilitate commercial decision-making.
/li /ulpTeamwork and Effective Communication will make the difference, but these are the elements that will guide us in choosing the right Resource for our Organization: /pulli3-5 years of experience in Pricing or Financial Analysis Field Automotive OEM / Field Automotive Captive, ideally in Captive Finance or the automotive industry /liliUniversity degree in Marketing or Economics or Engineering /liliWillingness to travel (Italy) /liliExperience developing executive presentations, dashboards, process dashboards, and monitoring tools /liliAbility to 'get things done' even in difficult environments /liliAnalytical skills to develop correct actions from information /liliStrong Team Player with excellent communicative skills /liliEnglish:
