KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the vision, capture & analyze the business needs and ensure the solution aligns with the business objectives
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of OneTrade
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating functional & technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Monitor project progress, adjust plans and schedules as needed, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project / program lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, within and outside the organization, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives,
and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Managing global cross-functional teams
- Manage stakeholder relationships, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Information systems support oversight for order to cash process of multiple business lines
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect data integrity and system functionality
