and execute analytical methods for protein-based productsRequisiti fondamentali8 years of relevant lab experience with protein-based products (or 5 years with PhD)Degree in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical ChemistryKnowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation (UV, ELSD, MALS, fluorescence detectors; SDS-PAGE; capillary electrophoresis; immunochemical methods (Western xysqume blotting, ELISA); enzymatic reactions; UV spectroscopy; mass spectrometry)Data analysis and statistical evaluationGood knowledge of English (written and spoken)Chromatographic techniques with UV/ELSD/MALS/fluorescence detectorsSDS-PAGECapillary electrophoresisImmunochemical techniques (Western blot, ELISA)Enzymatic reactionsUV spectroscopy
