ppSan Vittore Olona /p pams Italy S.r.l. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCompany-wide expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs, responsible for defining methodologies and leading critical analog developments /li liLead design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits /li liDrive innovation in transmitter and receiver architectures /li liEstablish analog design methodologies /li liLead technical reviews and sign-off decisions /li liMentor senior engineers and technical leaders /li liLead bring-up and validation of RF, HF, analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed digital ICs /li liDevelop and execute validation plans to verify compliance with product specifications /li liCharacterize device performance across process, voltage, and temperature conditions /li liDrive root-cause analysis and resolution of silicon issues /li liDefine validation methodologies, measurement strategies,



and best practices /li liTechnical leader responsible for HF analog layout strategy for broadband optical communication ICs or comparable RF ICs /li liLead layout architecture and floorplanning activities /li liDevelop and enforce layout methodologies /li liDrive parasitic-aware implementations /li liSupport design teams through sign-off Mentor layout engineers /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering /li li15+ years analog IC design experience /li liBroadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements; HF layout knowledge is an advantage /li liPLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs /li liSignal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic-aware design analysis /li liAdvanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required /li liBSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering 10+ years /li /ul pams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
