/ppbr/ppWork area: bMilan /b; /ppbr/ppThe Marketing Support Specialist responsibility is to contribute to the success of AHP and PH1 Programs within the International Rare Brand Team supporting the operational activities.
/ppbr/ppbRESPONSABILITIES /b /ppbr/ppTechnical plan implementation support; /ppbr/pulliCollaborate with International team to implement cross-functional projects, collaborating with other departments (sales force, medical department, regulatory, compliance, etc.) and Countries; /liliSupport of Congresses (booth, coordination, contracting, attendance) in collaboration with International marketing, medical and event management; /liliCollaborate to organize Cycle Meeting and activities related to the training program; /liliPromotional material localization for all the International Clusters; /liliSupport marketing material development and approval process (in Veeva PromoMats) in line with brand goals, including and addressing all stakeholders (legal, regulatory, and medical) as well as external vendors; /lilisupport the localization process for all the countries, collaborating with the agencies coordinate the translation, adaptation and approvals in the international Clusters; /liliDigital Campaign across countries; /liliGive support in disease awareness campaigns and digital project that involve international countries; /liliSupport includes: reviewing of the contents, approvals in veeva and checking of the results; /lilicontracting and PO with external vendors; /liliSupport International Marketing team in matters related to contracting and PO generation.

/li /ulpbr/ppbREQUIRED SKILLS /b /pulliOne year of experience in a marketing role; /liliEducation in economics/business or life sciences, University degree is advantageous; /liliFluent in English, written and oral.
Proficiency in a third language, particularly German, is preferred; /liliExperience in marketing is preferred; /liliDigital skills are well considered; /liliProject management skills with experience in managing multiple projects and associated budgets; /liliUnderstanding of interconnected enterprise systems like Veeva PromoMats is preferred; /liliCan do approach, sense of urgency, ethics, and responsibility; /liliAbility and eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations.
