We are seeking an exceptional Tour Leader to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding experience for our guests. As a Tour Leader, you will be responsible for leading groups of visitors around Rome, sharing your knowledge and passion for the city, and ensuring that our guests have a fun and memorable time. **Responsibilities**: - Lead groups of visitors on golf cart tours / segways / e-bikes, providing engaging and informative commentary on the city's history, culture, and landmarks.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of Rome's history, culture, and attractions to deliver accurate and engaging tours.
- Greet guests and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the tour.
- Drive / ride the golf cart / segway safely and responsibly, following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
- Collaborate with other members of the Rolling Rome team to ensure that all tours run smoothly and efficiently.
- Continuously improve and update your knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Rome's tourism industry. **Requirements**: - High level of English (spoken and written).
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to engage and captivate an audience.
- Positive outlook on life and a passion for working with people from around the world.
- Hard-working and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Enthusiastic about local history and culture, with a desire to share your knowledge with others.
- Valid driving license B in Italy (essential).
