Plan and structure Work Packages with the WP team, identifying deliverables, milestones, interdependencies, and resources
Launch WP with network diagrams, detailed schedules, cost structure, and supplier considerations
Execute WP to meet objectives, manage deviations, mitigate risks, and coordinate technical activities
Monitor and control WP progress, update schedules and risk/opportunity registers, report variances
Ensure quality and configuration item governance within the WP scope
Lead and coordinate stakeholders (team and suppliers), participate in project reviews
Capture lessons learned and implement improvement recommendations
Close WP by reconciling commitments, data, costs, and outcomes
Master in Engineering (or related field)
