In this role, you will support Visa Consulting and Analytics client engagements in Italy, contributing to strategic consulting and data-driven solutions. You work with a cross-functional team to analyze client data, identify insights, and tailor advisory deliverables for growth, product strategy, and customer experience. You’ll help prepare client-ready presentations and support senior consultants on high-impact projects. This role blends strategy with data analytics in a dynamic payments environment, offering meaningful opportunities to shape client outcomes and accelerate your own learning.

- Support a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients
- Perform detailed client data analyses to identify initial trends with guidance




- Conduct market research and data analysis to uncover payments industry insights
- Help develop client-specific presentations by adapting templates for unique scenarios
- Assist senior consultants in delivering advisory solutions (business strategy, product development & pricing, customer segmentation, customer experience)
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting or financial services or payment company
- Interest in payments industry and curiosity to expand knowledge
- Strategic and analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to break down problems into distinct analytical pieces
- Proficiency in data storytelling and basic data quality validation
- Strong team player with collaboration across levels
- Multi-tasking ability and adaptability
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools
