Job Description Human Resources Manager Location: Venice, FL at PGT (Part of MITER Brands) Compensation Range: $98,****** - $123,****** (depending on experience) Job Summary The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic business partner responsible for leading and deploying HR initiatives aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
This role plays a critical part in driving HR excellence, fostering a high-performance culture, supporting operational leadership, and ensuring alignment between business goals and HR practices.
The HR Manager will provide leadership across all areas of Human Resources including employee relations, talent acquisition partnership, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, payroll oversight, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning within a manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of HR Generalist experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Prior experience leading or supporting an HR team preferred.
Manufacturing environment experience required.
Strong experience supporting hourly and salaried employee populations.
Experience partnering with operational leadership teams preferred.
Job Specific Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to support operational and employee needs across multiple shifts as needed.
