- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce

- Architect scalable, performant Salesforce solutions following best practices
- Collaborate with analysts, admins, and stakeholders to translate requirements
- Conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and mentor juniors
- Refactor and optimize legacy code for better performance and UX
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage with Apex tests
- Participate in CI/CD, Git versioning, and deployment automation
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely support
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features
- Contribute to sandbox management and release planning
- 3-5 years of hands‑on Salesforce development with Apex, LWC, and declarative automation tools
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) and integration patterns
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools
Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and good software development practices
- Experience with Salesforce data modeling (custom objects, relationships, sharing rules, security)
- Proven ability to write efficient, well‑tested code with strong unit test coverage
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
