In this role you will shape Italy's pricing and reimbursement strategy to enable patient access and commercial success.
You'll work with cross-functional teams and HQ to compile and submit P&R; dossiers, analyze pricing scenarios, and monitor regulatory developments.
You will support negotiations with AIFA and drive lifecycle and forecasting activities.

Prepare, submit, and maintain P&R; dossiers for AIFA with timely, high-quality documentation
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to gather and submit technical/administrative materials for pricing and reimbursement
Support price negotiations and alignment with Headquarters
Develop business cases and profitability analyses to assess pricing scenarios and commercial impact
Monitor Italian pricing and reimbursement environment, regulations and AIFA publications
Support lifecycle management activities including patent expiry monitoring and price updates
Provide pricing and reimbursement expertise to internal stakeholders (Market Access, Commercial, Finance, international affiliates)
Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, risk assessments, and innovative pricing strategies for patient access
University degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Business, or related field
Previous experience in Pricing & Reimbursement
Solid understanding of Italian healthcare system, reimbursement pathways, and AIFA processes
Strong analytical skills to interpret market, pricing, and reimbursement data
Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders/projects
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong Italian and English communication skills (written and verbal)
