As a Product Manager, you will own Qonto's German accounting expansion end-to-end, shaping the strategy and local offering for SMEs and their accountants.
You'll collaborate with engineers, designers, and domain experts to deliver impact in a complex, local domain and drive cross-functional execution.
You will leverage AI as a core product lever to accelerate research, prototyping, and delivery, turning accounting into a competitive advantage.

Define and own the product roadmap end-to-end for the German market
Deeply understand German accounting workflows and needs
Develop and execute the German accounting strategy, including build vs.
partner decisions
Leverage AI tools to enhance research, specs, and user testing as a product lever
Prototype rapidly and challenge assumptions to ship high-impact features
Operate with maximum squad autonomy, delivering with minimal approvals
5+ years as a Product Manager with end-to-end or scale-from-0-1 experience
Experience using AI in product discovery and development
Fluency in German and strong English for cross-functional collaboration
