In this cybersecurity leadership role within BCG Platinion, you shape and drive security strategy for major digital transformation programs.
You lead end-to-end security initiatives, aligning with client objectives and building robust architectures.
You manage complex projects, advise on certifications like ISO*****, and mentor cross-functional teams.
You'll work with global stakeholders to deliver innovative, secure solutions using cloud, AI, blockchain, and related technologies.

Cybersecurity leadership and strategy: develop and implement security roadmaps aligned with client transformation goals
End-to-end security delivery from concept to implementation
Client engagement and project management including budgets and timelines
Advisory support for IT transformations and ISO***** certification efforts




Team leadership and development including mentoring and talent recruitment
Vendor and stakeholder management to enhance security offerings
University degree in cyber security, information technology, or a related field
8 to 12 years of relevant IT security consulting experience with track record of leading large projects
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC *****, and SABSA
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO***** preferred
Exceptional leadership and cross-functional team management
Excellent Italian and English communication skills
Willingness to travel and operate in global contexts
