Develop and deliver data science capabilities and solutions for climate and other topics
Client-facing experience and ability to lead teams
Ability to distill complex results into simple visualizations
Explain sophisticated data science concepts clearly
Strong software development mindset and collaboration in code-based environments (DevOps experience premio)
Proven track record applying advanced analytics to business problems
Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their business implications
Fluency in Italian and English
