In this full-time role, you join Medpace's Clinical Monitoring team to support site-based trials in Italy, helping advance clinical development for diverse therapies.
You will perform monitoring visits, ensure protocol and regulatory compliance, and contribute to data integrity and site performance.

Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits per the approved protocol
Coordinate with site staff including coordinators and physicians
Verify investigator qualifications, training, facilities, laboratories, equipment, and staff
Perform source data verification and ensure good documentation practices (GCP/SOPs) and report protocol deviations
Confirm eligibility of enrolled subjects and perform regulatory document reviews
Oversee medical device and/or investigational product/drug accountability and inventory
Review adverse events and related data for accurate reporting
Assess site recruitment and retention performance and suggest improvements
Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters with actionable recommendations
Master in health-related field
Previous experience as CRA
Willingness to travel *****% nationally
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Fluent in English and Italian
Strong communication and presentation skills would be considered a plus
