ppbLocation: /b Brindisi, Italy or Valencia, Spain, Hybridbr/bEmployment: /b Full-Time Contractbr/bDuration: /b 6 months, with potential extensionbr/bLanguage: /b Fluent English requiredbr/bIndustry: /b International Organizations / Enterprise IT / Managed Services /ph3About the Opportunity /h3pPragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a major international organization for an bApplication Support Technician /b to join a global Digital Solutions Managed Services team. /ppYou’ll support a portfolio of business-critical applications and enterprise tools, working across bapplication maintenance, Tier-2 support, databases, Windows/Linux environments, and end-user support /b. /ppThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, working across different technologies, and keeping production systems reliable and available. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ullipProvide day-to-day bTier-2 support and maintenance /b for business applications and enterprise tools. /p /lilipTroubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and elevate complex incidents when required. /p /lilipPerform administration and troubleshooting across bMSSQL and open-source databases /b. /p /lilipSupport application releases, upgrades, configuration changes, and deployments. /p /lilipAssist with structural application changes required during system upgrades. /p /lilipSupport applications running across bWindows and Linux environments /b. /p /lilipRespond to application-related queries from users working across different locations. /p /lilipSupport the deployment of tools and operational processes that improve service delivery. /p /lilipProvide knowledge transfer to Tier-1 teams and support end-user training when required. /p /lilipMaintain technical documentation, system reports, and knowledge-base content. /p /lilipParticipate in operational meetings and collaborate with other technical teams. /p /lilipContribute to special projects and provide additional technical support when required. /p /lilipParticipate in a rotating b24/7 on-call schedule /b,
