We're looking for
Commissioning Project Leads
to drive major data centre commissioning projects across Europe — bringing together critical systems, high-performing teams, client stakeholders, and fast-paced delivery programmes.
This is your opportunity to move beyond project coordination and into true leadership:
Lead commissioning strategy across design, construction, acceptance, and handover phases.
Take ownership of delivery across complex, mission-critical environments.
Guide Project Managers, Supervisors, specialist subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
Drive workshops, test scripts, witness testing, reporting, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
Build your leadership profile while delivering high-impact European data centre projects.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Strong commissioning experience within data centres, mission-critical environments, or complex MEP projects.
The confidence to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and keep delivery moving under pressure.
A solid technical background across electrical, mechanical, building services, or critical systems.
Relevant qualifications such as a trade apprenticeship, HNC, BEng, or equivalent experience.
CSCS / Safe Pass / ECS / SMSTS certification.
Prince 2 or equivalent project delivery qualification would be a premio.
