As a Senior Mechanical Engineer in our Building Engineering team, you will lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services for diverse facilities. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable HVAC, plumbing and fire protection solutions from concept through construction. You'll mentor junior engineers, guide technical discussions with clients, and help drive proposal activity and project execution. This role blends technical leadership with hands-on design and coordination to support mission-critical projects at scale. budgets and schedules while upholding high technical standardsProvide mentorship to junior engineers and support their professional developmentAttend client meetings and present engineering solutions and recommendationsSupport business development activities, including bids, tenders and proposalsEnsure compliance with codes, regulations and sustainability standards; contribute to innovation in design processesBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplineMinimum 5 years of experience in mechanical building services engineering (ideally in consultancy)Strong technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems designProven track record delivering complex multidisciplinary projectsExperience with Data Centres, Critical Facilities, xysqume Healthcare or similar complex projects valuedProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM workflowsStrong understanding of Italian and international codes and regulationsExcellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience coordinating teams and mentoring junior engineersStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProfessional registration/Chartered Engineer status or equivalent is advantageouscross-functional collaborationclear communicationplumbing systemsSenior Mechanical Engineer pavia, lombardia, it#J-18808-Ljbffr
